Our studio timetable was developed to consider you as a whole. Pilates for your strength, to bring height back to your posture. Yoga to breath and relax the mind in a world that doesn’t give a moment. Barre for low-impact support for cardiovascular health and exercise endorphins we all sometimes need. We recommend one of each class style a week to build your comprehensive fitness routine.

Physiotherapy Treatment

In today’s world, postural pain is increasingly common, and it can be overwhelming to notice changes in your posture or feel discomfort after just a short time at your desk. Please know you’re not alone, and this pain can absolutely be treated. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

 

In addition to the specialty areas we treat, back pain, neck pain and jaw pain, we also provide comprehensive support for sports injuries and general wear-and-tear conditions, including those related to arthritic changes.
