Jennifer Ellis

Hi, I’m Jennifer, the founder and heart behind Pivot Therapies. These days, my role focuses less on day-to-day clinical work and more on shaping the vision of the studio, supporting our amazing team, and ensuring every client experiences the level of care and connection Pivot was built on.

My background as a Specialist Physiotherapist and APPI-trained Pilates Instructor has deeply influenced the way we approach health, movement, and wellbeing here. Having worked across both the NHS and private sectors, I saw the need for a space that truly combined clinical expertise with a nurturing, personal touch, a space where people could feel heard, supported, and empowered in their bodies.

I continue to bring that ethos into everything we do at Pivot, from mentoring our instructors to developing new courses and workshops. I’m also proud to be an APPI Course Presenter in Training, sharing my passion for evidence-based Pilates and helping to shape the next generation of instructors.

And when I’m not teaching or guiding the team, you’ll usually find me in the studio, cup of tea in hand, cheering on our clients as they grow in strength, balance, and confidence.
