Yoga Instructor

Creativity and self expression has always been a huge part of my life through art, movement, music, writing and teaching. After suffering from an unexpected health scare that flipped my life upside down in 2023, I came to the realisation that I wasn’t in my body and I had been so disconnected from myself and life due to chronic stress. After this, I took my yoga and meditation practice further by training in the philosophy of Non-dual Śaiva Tantra, somatics and embodied movement, which is the style of yoga I teach today. I believe our time on the mat is about arriving back to ourselves, honouring the season we are in and finding the courage to be present in our bodies so that we are able to fully express our true selves when we are off the mat. The core values I advocate in my classes are community, agency and self compassion. I promise you will always be greeted with warmth and full acceptance of where you’re at that day.
