A full-body workout in small groups with tailored variations and small equipment for additional challenges.

Fundamental Pilates

Thursday Mornings

Taking a slower pace, we go through a full body workout progressing from Level 1 onwards. We will have more time to for feedback and adjustments.

Reformer On The Mat

Coming soon!

Using all of our small equipment to mimic tension & resistance similar to a reformer but from your mat. This is a more advanced class and we recommend having some pilates experience.

Foundations In Pilates

Thursday Evenings

A course designed to instill the key principles of APPI Pilates Method with guided feedback, smaller group sizes, a exercise repertoire manual & a WhatApp Group for encouragement.

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. Our studio is a safe place so if you can, form fitting clothing really helps our instructors to see your alignment and give you the best adjustments but it’s not a requirement!

In terms of grip socks, they definitely help with some of our exercises but if you haven’t got any, don’t worry! Try your first few classes with normal socks and then if you find Pilates is something you’d like to continue with, you can have a look for some grippy socks.

Just bring yourself and some water with you. We have all of the equipment you will need for your class. Some clients like to bring their own head cushions/ hand towels, blankets and eye masks (for yoga) but it’s completely up to you.

We have spaces for your bags and shoes, and if you’re coming from somewhere else, there’s a comfortable spot in the studio where you can change. We want you to feel right at home!

We are looking at adding a Physiotherapy guided chair-based Pilates class into our diary and we’d love to hear from you! Please drop us a message or give us a call. We’ll work together to set up a class that ensures you feel fully supported and get the most out of your Pilates experience.

If a healthcare professional has recommended Pilates, that’s wonderful! If you’re new to it, we suggest starting with our Fundamental Matwork classes. These classes are a great way to build your confidence and ensure you’re activating the right muscles. As you gain confidence, our instructors will be there to guide you to other classes that fit your needs perfectly.
