Class Descriptions

We designed our timetable with both your physical and mental wellness in mind. For a holistic benefit we recommend incorporating one of each class type into your week.

To support heart health, muscle strength and weight-loss we offer Barre. For postural improvement, core activation and toning, try Pilates. To focus more on building your mind body connection and focus on mindful movement, we have Yoga.

Intermediate Pilates

Mon/Wed PM

A full-body workout in small groups with tailored variations and small equipment for additional challenges.

Ballet Fit Barre

Mon/Wed PM

Incorporating elements from dance, Pilates, and strength training, barre classes provide a full-body, low-impact workout, focusing on full body strength and muscle toning.

Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

Tuesday PM

A mindful flow suitable for all able to rise from the floor, bear (a little) weight on their hands, and kneel.

Restorative Sunrise Yoga

Friday AM

The perfect way to refresh for your weekend & suitable for everyone. Unwind with gentle asana, soothing props, and nourishing movements.

Reformer On The Mat

Thursday PM

Using all of our small equipment to mimic tension & resistance similar to a reformer but from your mat. This is a more advanced class and we recommend having some pilates experience.

Fundamental Pilates

Thursday PM

Taking a slower pace, we go through a full body workout progressing from Level 1 onwards. We will have more time to for feedback and adjustments.

Pilates X Deep Stretch

Thursday PM

Begin with a Pilates warm-up to energise your muscles, followed by focused stretches targeting the hips, lower back, neck, and shoulders. Enjoy personalised 1:1 adjustments for enhanced flexibility and relaxation. Perfect for those seeking a balanced and rejuvenating workout.

Sweat & Flow Vinyasa

Tuesday PM

Sweat and Flow emphasises movement and mindset, offering the chance to advance your practice with more challenging movements at a faster pace. It also includes relaxation and grounding, ensuring a balanced experience.
