Hi, I’m Soph, and yoga completely transformed my outlook on life. Through my Ashtanga practice, I found not only physical strength but also my true purpose, to help others realise what they’re capable of, both on and off the mat.

I specialise in inversions and love guiding my students to conquer those so-called “advanced” poses, one step at a time, building brick by brick from the ground up. My favourite posture is a handstand, not just because I love being upside down, but because it reminds me that we’re all capable of more than we believe.

When I’m not teaching yoga, you’ll usually find me in the gym (I love lifting almost as much as I love yoga!) or spending time with my three children, who inspire me daily to live my dreams and show them that anything is possible.

I’m trained in 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and 50-hour Rocket Yoga (completing in November 2025) and am currently working toward my Level 2 and 3 Personal Training qualifications. My philosophy is simple, the strength and courage you build physically will always translate mentally and spiritually.
