I went to Pivot when I started running and it triggered my scoliosis .. I was getting pain in my back every single day!! Ended up getting a physio course with Jen and it has completely transformed my life, I can now run pain free, weight lift and do everything I didn’t expect I could do with no pain at all :) Jen has been so helpful and supportive with my treatment, she really tailors the experience to you and prioritised getting me back and active again while also teaching me exercises and techniques which would help me in the long term. Honestly couldnt recommend more, and to top it off the studio is gorgeous and the classes are great too!!!

When I enquired about joining pilates here I was worried as I have Cauda Equina. There was no need to worry as the staff are highly educated in all areas. I was advised to see the physiotherapist who again had the best knowledge. She assessed me and put me in the right direction for me to exercise. Thank you all so much and not forgetting furry ones with 4 legs so lovely their dogs come to work. Xx

I absolutely love this reformer Pilates studio. The classes are welcoming, well-structured and always leave me feeling stronger and energised. I’ve had classes so far with Jennifer, Anna, and Sarah, and they are all so lovely, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I signed up initially for a Beginner Reformer Pilates class. I’m in my late 50s and although I’m in reasonable condition for a bloke of my age, and run a bit, I’m not very flexible and my balance could improve (a lot as I discovered when doing some of the exercises). I was a bit concerned that I’d be the only bloke and the oldest in the class. I was right although I need not have worried. I was made very welcome by all. It was challenging although fun and Leah has applied the right balance of encouragement and discipline and every class is different so you work different parts of the body. I realised I should have probably started with pilates matwork (after nearly strangling myself on the reformer machine much to the initial shock and then amusement of all) so also signed up for a Matwork Foundations class which added a further dimension. I'm now on to Reformer Improver classes. Bendiness and balance are both improving – noticeably –it’s amazing what a difference there is between when I started and now – I can nearly touch my toes now (this being an ultimate goal/ one of my key success indicators) – so there’s more scope for improvement - hopefully I can keep it going. I reckon it will help with the running too and keep me active for longer in the long run. Thanks very much for the support and enjoyable classes.

I completed the 6 week foundation pilates course with Leah and I loved it! Gorgeous studio and I felt very comfortable - the feedback was really helpful and encouraging. As a complete beginner I have left with a much better understanding of pilates and will definitely be returning for classes. Thank you Leah! :)

We’ve been seeing Leah for the past six months, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she really took the time to listen and understand my daughter’s needs. With years of gymnastics behind her, my daughter had a variety of recurring injuries, but Leah’s knowledge and thoughtful approach made a huge difference.
The personalised programme she created has helped dramatically – my daughter is stronger, more confident, and moving better than she has in a long time. The follow-up emails with exercises were clear, practical, and really helpful for keeping things on track at home.
What impressed me most is that my daughter genuinely looked forward to her physio sessions each week – not always easy with a teenager! Leah has a fantastic way with young people, striking the right balance between professional care and friendly support. Highly recommended for anyone, but especially for active teens dealing with sports-related injuries.
